We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Human Resources Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location: <\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<br \/>\n<strong>Gender:<\/strong> Female<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To help the organization reach its goals<\/li>\n<li>Ensures effective utilization and maximum development of human resources<\/li>\n<li>Identifies and satisfies the needs of employees.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collate and update personnel records relating to employee staffing, absences, training, leave applications, benefits and performance evaluations<\/li>\n<li>Process and maintain documentation relating to employee activities such as staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations and classifications<\/li>\n<li>Prepare reports and documents pertaining to employee activities<\/li>\n<li>Draft and explain the Firm\u2019s personnel policies, benefits and procedures to employees or job applicants<\/li>\n<li>Collate information relating to staff training and development<\/li>\n<li>Make arrangement for internal and external trainings<\/li>\n<li>Preparing the Training Budget<\/li>\n<li>Preparing and coordinate the travel plans of the Partners.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct orientation for new staff<\/li>\n<li>Conduct tests and interviews for job applicants and interns<\/li>\n<li>Administer and score applicant and employee aptitude, personality, and interest assessment tests<\/li>\n<li>Prepare badges, passes, complimentary cards and identification cards, and perform other security-related duties. supervisory responsibilities, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.<\/li>\n<li>The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and\/or ability required<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills, both oral and written<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of laws relating to employee relations in Nigeria<\/li>\n<li>Intermediate proficiency with MS Office application<\/li>\n<li>Good time management skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analytical &#8211; Display logical reasoning.<\/li>\n<li>Problem Solving &#8211; Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.<\/li>\n<li>Teamwork &#8211; Contributes to building a positive team spirit.<\/li>\n<li>Etiquette- Display good manners<\/li>\n<li>Ethics &#8211; Treats people with respect<\/li>\n<li>Innovation &#8211; Display original thinking and creativity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc in Social or Management Science<\/li>\n<li>Professional certification in HR.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years experience as an HR officer in a pharmaceutical firm.<\/li>\n<li>Note: Pharmaceutical industry experience is an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To apply\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their CV to: <a href=\"mailto:loritasonia@gmail.com\"><strong>loritasonia@gmail.com<\/strong><\/a>using &#8220;HR Officer &#8211; Lagos&#8221; as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>21st December, 2020.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Global Oneword Limited is an indigenous Pharmaceutical Company Established June 2012.
