From a small family owned operation at inception, we have grown to become the predominant bottler of alcohol-free beverages in Nigeria, responsible for the manufacture and sale of over 33 different Coca-Cola brands.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nigerian Bottling Company Plc\u00a0(a Coca-Cola Hellenic Company)<\/strong> is the authorized bottler of Coca- Cola products and the leading producer of Alcohol-Free beverages in Nigeria with a workforce of over 5,000 people.<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Production Manager<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><strong>Ref:<\/strong> PRODMGR\/12\/11<\/div>\n<div><strong>Function Name<\/strong>: Manufacturing<\/div>\n<div><strong>Experience<\/strong>: 8<\/div>\n<div><strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/div>\n<div><strong>Role: <\/strong>Plant Production Manager<\/div>\n<div><strong>Functional Area<\/strong>: Plant Operations<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Deploy production equipment at the optimum required standard of efficiency and effectiveness.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure consistent delivery of quality products to meet customer and consumer demands.<\/li>\n<li>Develop manufacturing processes and controls to ensure \u00a0quality products are consistently delivered to meet company plans and objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Plan, organize and direct the manufacturing and maintenance operations which ensure the most effective return on assets.<\/li>\n<li>Initiate plans and processes which minimize manufacturing costs through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, materials, and capital.<\/li>\n<li>Implement manufacturing strategies and action plans to ensure that the facility supports company\u2019s strategic initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Encourage use of new techniques and focus on fact based problem solving.<\/li>\n<li>Manage spending against budget, controlling spending in relation to changes in production volume.<\/li>\n<li>Improve safety record by addressing both physical safety issues and employee\u00a0safety attitudes.<\/li>\n<li>Supervise and motivate team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\n<div><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>B.
