We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Medical Sales Representative<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Locations: <\/strong>Kaduna and Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>DKT NIGERIA is set to recruit a Medical Sales Representatives based in Kaduna. We have a challenging and inspirational mission to improve the family planning and HIV \/ AIDS prevention in Nigeria through social marketing and promotion and distribution of our products.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Accountabilities \/ Responsibilities <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Effectively and efficiently cover assigned territory and maintain a list of healthcare providers\/customers by building business relationships with them and ensuring adequate distribution.<\/li>\n<li>Cover hospitals, clinics, maternity homes, PPMVs, pharmacies, supermarkets, convenience stores and individual providers regularly to ensure availability of our products.<\/li>\n<li>Achieve monthly sales target and cash collection.<\/li>\n<li>Write and send meaningful field sales report with photos.<\/li>\n<li>Act as a link between the organization and the providers and execute the sales \/ distribution, medical detailing objectives, build capacity of the providers, identify and report training needs of providers accordingly.<\/li>\n<li>Building the organization&#8217;s image in the respective working areas and territories.<\/li>\n<li>Diligently implement the medical detailing program of the organization in the area of responsibility and educate providers on family planning and the various contraceptive methods.<\/li>\n<li>Implement number of calls daily, visit all distribution channels as specified, achieve sales target and merchandise as per organization\u2019s guidelines and standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification \/ Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hold a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Pharmacy \/ Pharmacology \/ Biological Sciences<\/li>\n<li>Advanced presentation, analytical and communication skills (oral and written)<\/li>\n<li>Should be market oriented<\/li>\n<li>Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel)<\/li>\n<li>Strong customer service, interpersonal skills and professional demeanour<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 4 years medical detailing experience with a multinational pharmaceutical company<\/li>\n<li>Be prepared to travel frequently within the territory<\/li>\n<li>Must possess a high level of integrity and responsibility<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their CV to: <strong><a href=\"mailto:hr@dktnigeria.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">hr@dktnigeria.org<\/a><\/strong> using the Job title and prefered location as subject of the email e.g &#8220;Medical Sales Representative &#8211; Kaduna \/ Lagos&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>27th December, 2020.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>DKT International is a social marketing organization whose core mission is the provision of safe and affordable options for family planning and HIV prevention.
