Our future aim is to lead the movement to \u2018Light up Nigeria\u2019 and the wider sub-Saharan African region.<\/p>\n<p>Egbin is located at the heart of a small town called Egbin in Ikorodu Local Government Area of Lagos.\u00a0We are recruiting to fill the positions below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Digital Communications Associate<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location<\/strong>: (Ijede, Ikorodu) Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Type:<\/strong> Full Time<br \/>\n<strong>Level:<\/strong> Entry Level<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for developing and implementing content for audio-visual communications that will enhance internal and external communications including initiatives to showcase plant activities, improve employee branding, and keep employees informed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Duties &amp; Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the communication team with creative designs, PowerPoint presentations, illustrations, info graphics and animation for internal and external stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Assist the communication team by creating timely, appropriate, and engaging social media content and other communication campaigns as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in producing high-quality photos and videos for internal and external communication programmes.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure up to date content and quality assurance on the company\u2019s digital platforms including the website and social media platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to work collectively with other team members, embrace ideas, consider criticism, and be flexible working through creative processes.<\/li>\n<li>Support various teams, departments, and Company projects; creating unique designs, developing robust photography portfolio, producing sundry infographics\/videos year-round for specific, targeted, and social media\/website executions.<\/li>\n<li>Design, and produce artwork such as graphs, posters, corporate souvenirs, banner, signs, and report covers<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate relationships with vendors by preparing specifications and obtaining estimates for final approval<\/li>\n<li>Manage all production of high-quality photos and videos for Egbin internal and external events\/activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of a relevant university degree<\/li>\n<li>Three (3) to Five years\u2019 experience in creative design<\/li>\n<li>Expert in handling all forms of social media and platforms, including; Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of Microsoft office suite.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills &amp; Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with the required software, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Word press, After Effect, and CorelDraw<\/li>\n<li>A strong eye for visual composition and layout<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional writing skills as well as good facility with social media management tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Experience with audio-visual content production<\/li>\n<li>Basic knowledge of photography.<\/li>\n<li>Accuracy and attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Self-development skills to keep up-to-date with fast-changing trends<\/li>\n<li>Professional approach to time, costs, and deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Photoshop &amp; Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Compile and analyze data, processes, and codes to identify and propose areas for improvement<\/li>\n<li>Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes<\/li>\n<li>Management of hosting environment, including database administration and scaling an application to support load changes<\/li>\n<li>Development of APIs.<\/li>\n<li>Build solutions across multiple delivery platforms such as mobile vs desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform<\/li>\n<li>User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments<\/li>\n<li>Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one enterprise system<\/li>\n<li>Collaborating with team members to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the business experience.<\/li>\n<li>Building reusable code and libraries for future use<\/li>\n<li>Optimization of applications for maximum speed and scalability<\/li>\n<li>Data migration, transformation, and scripting<\/li>\n<li>Setup and administration of critical backup tasks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics or related course<\/li>\n<li>Three (3) to five (5) years of professional experience in a similar capacity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills &amp;
