We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Admin Assistant<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location<\/strong>: Rivers<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage the work process and allocate assignments to other regulatory employees.<\/li>\n<li>Provide assistance to train staff individuals and new employees.<\/li>\n<li>Implement and screen programs as coordinated by the administration and see the projects through to fulfillment.<\/li>\n<li>Respond to inquiries for all kinds of information related to the organization.<\/li>\n<li>Provide assistance with other administrative and clerical duties which include scanning, mailing, and copying to management.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain computer systems, fax, and photocopy machines.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain office supplies, check inventory and request office items whenever required.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings and travel arrangements for Managers.<\/li>\n<li>Respond to emails and answer phone calls as and when required.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain office policies and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Supervise, organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate the maintenance and repair of office equipment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Business Administration or similar field.<\/li>\n<li>Proven 2-year experience of working as an Admin Assistant, Staff Assistant or similar role.<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of office management procedures and systems.<\/li>\n<li>Expertise in efficient operation standard office equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient with MS Office for example Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of general bookkeeping and accounting skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to analyze and operate workplace practices to enhance productivity.<\/li>\n<li>Strong verbal and nonverbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Good problem solver.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent time management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multi-task and prioritize day to day tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work individually or in a team.<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To apply\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their CV to: <strong><a href=\"mailto:kronchelinternationallimited@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">kronchelinternationallimited@gmail.com<\/a><\/strong> using the job title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>13th January, 2021.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kronchel International Limited is a manufacturer of customized furniture in Nigeria.
