We take pride in our knowledge of local markets which enables us to respond quickly and appropriately to local needs.<br \/>\n<strong>Job Title: Retail Development Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>All Business Units<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Ogun, Ondo, Osun<br \/>\n<strong>The Successful candidate will be required to:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure achievement of QDVPPP sales drivers for the territory.<\/li>\n<li>Work with ASM and Training Dept and HR to build personal sales capability<\/li>\n<li>Ensure sales out of distributors\/market share growth is achieved via monitoring &amp; excellent execution of promotions.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure promotional activity is in the right outlets and well managed. Has to keep and update a database of outlets within the territory.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for ensuring the retail redistribution standards are adhered to by distributors and VSRs.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure at a minimum, once a quarter review of VSR\u2019s routes, inclusion of new outlets<\/li>\n<li>Manage Recommended Price Compliance in outlets<\/li>\n<li>Ensure effective customer\/ business development to counter competitive activities in the retail territory<\/li>\n<li>Has accountability for POS materials deployed in retail outlets within the sales territory.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The Person:\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\nThe right candidate must:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Graduate calibre with minimum 1 year commercial expertise gained across Sales \/ Consumer Marketing or Sales Management.<\/li>\n<li>Entry level route for graduate trainees into the sales function.<\/li>\n<li>Direct experience of PZ Cussons Way of Selling capabilities with a focus on Sales Driver execution at the point of purchase (DAVP), Outlet Segmentation and Managing Relationships including structured call, persuasive selling and brand passion.<\/li>\n<li>Strong experience of the application of Health &amp; Safety and Quality systems.<\/li>\n<li>Good communication skills \u2013written and verbal<\/li>\n<li>Good IT skills<\/li>\n<li>High degree of integrity<\/li>\n<li>Good inter personal skills<\/li>\n<li>Geographically mobile<\/li>\n<li>Healthy and physically fit<\/li>\n<li>Experienced driver with a valid license.<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline<\/strong><br \/>\n13th January, 2012<\/p>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidate should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.pzcussons.com\/pzc\/working\/pzinigeria\/vacancies\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Click here to apply online<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PZ Cussons\u00a0&#8211; We operate in selected markets that have the potential for future growth, both in mature and emerging markets.
