Challenging and exciting job opportunities for results oriented professionals that are interested in being part of our growth programme, in the following vacant positions:<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Human Resource Officer (Training)<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>Job Summary:<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>The Human Resource Officer (Training) who will report to the Human Resource Manager will create and sustain a progressive learning environment by providing effective service to the value chain, focused on competence acquisition and performance<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>The Human Resource Officer (Training) will among other duties:<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Co-ordinate learning, coaching and development activities for the business<\/li>\n<li>Co-ordinate delivery of learning solutions<\/li>\n<li>Identifying the business training needs<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate competence assessments<\/li>\n<li>Prepare a training budget for the business<\/li>\n<li>Plan and initiate development and learning processes<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate the efficiency of training<\/li>\n<li>Develop and acquire resources and solutions within area of specialization<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>Qualifications and Skills Required<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>The occupant of this position should possess:<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of BSC\/HND in any social science<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of five(5) years experience in a learning and development\/management of training role in a manufacturing company preferably in an FMCG<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of Ms Office Package(Word, Excel, Power Point, Access)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>Key Competencies and Attributes<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of performance management, human resource development (HRD) and competence assessment practices and training evaluation<\/li>\n<li>Conversant with the Industrial Training Fund (ITF) course approval and reimbursement processes<\/li>\n<li>Good oral and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Proven training, coaching and facilitation skills<\/li>\n<li>High initiative, be independent and proactive<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail (methodical record keeping)<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work effectively in a team environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>Method of Application<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>The position has minimum requirements listed.
