\nBe a Key Client Interface \/ Routine Client Communication & Management
\nChampion the Client\u2019s Objectives within our Business
\nMaintain overview of flying programme status (liaise with Operations Control, Passenger logistics & Other Team Leaders
\nObtain regular updates on variances to flying programme (extra flights, Return To Base (RTB\u2019s) \u00a0etc)
\nDrive the reorganization of the flying programme during the operating day as may be required.
\nKey Skills<\/strong>:
\nCandidates should possess:-
\nUniversity first degree.
\nCorporate aviation background with at least 3 years experience will be an added advantage.
\nGood interpersonal skills at all levels.
\nProactive and Excellent Client Communication Skills.
\nClient – Centric decision making, natural client focus, able to anticipate client needs and respond appropriately.
\nSuperb Organisational Skills and a motivational and empathetic attitude.
\nStrong IT Skills.
\nCan manage the tension between the strong desire to help and the need to get the job done to high quality.
