to the Master for the performance and Safety of the Catering Department, and preparation, cooking and service of food to the ship\u2019s Officers and crew.<\/p>\n<p>The duties will include, but are not limited to the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Preparation of inventories for all catering and cabin stores<\/li>\n<li>Supervision and preparation \/ cooking of meals for the Master and
