Under the direction of the Chief Internal Auditors will be responsible for the timely execution of risk-based internal audits in accordance with the annual audit plan, as well as assisting with other audit assignments and projects.<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>Job Title: Experience Internal Auditors<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>Job Qualifications<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of Bachelor\u2019s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or any other relevant sciences<\/li>\n<li>ACA or ACCA is mandatory<\/li>\n<li>Good communication, preparation and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision<\/li>\n<li>Ability to adapt to change quickly, multi task and willing to travel<\/li>\n<li>Ability to learn fast especially in technical areas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>Job Experience<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years post ICAN Qualifications audit experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Establish risk-based audit programs<\/li>\n<li>Document and ensure the integrity of the procedures and processes<\/li>\n<li>Determine scope of review in conjunction with the Audit Manager<\/li>\n<li>Assess the strengths or weaknesses of the system of internal controls<\/li>\n<li>Recommend strong and effective controls to strengthen any weaknesses observed<\/li>\n<li>Determine compliance with policies and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Conduct substantive test of specified areas and identify reportable issues<\/li>\n<li>Communicate findings to senior management and draft comprehensive and complete report of audits<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>Method of Application<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>Qualified candidates should e-mail their resume, possibly with a scanned passport photograph to\u00a0<strong>auditors@gloworld.com<\/strong>.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Globacom, the second national carrier requires the services of experienced Auditors in auditing activities of its various offices and outlets all over the country.
