Our client, an IT firm is recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Key Account Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location<\/strong>: Lagos Island, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Generating sales for a portfolio of accounts<\/li>\n<li>Identifying new sales opportunities within existing accounts to maintain a client-account manager relationship by up-selling and cross-selling<\/li>\n<li>Attending client\u2019s meetings<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of Proposal, bids and quotes<\/li>\n<li>Actively participating in all sales meetings along with attendance of Tech shows as required<\/li>\n<li>Ensure excellent customer satisfaction working with customers<\/li>\n<li>Providing appropriate feedback from customers and ensuring resolution of issues (if any).<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining and updating customer contact records<\/li>\n<li>Managing and resolving conflicts with clients<\/li>\n<li>Interacting and coordinating with the sales team and other staff members in other departments working on the same account<\/li>\n<li>Identifying clients\u2019 budgets<\/li>\n<li>Meeting targets and deadlines for accounts<\/li>\n<li>Planning and prioritizing personal sales activities and customer\/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims, including costs and sales &#8211; especially managing personal time and productivity.<\/li>\n<li>Planning and managing personal business according to an agreed market development strategy.<\/li>\n<li>Managing product\/service mix, pricing and margins according to agreed aims.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining and growing existing client base<\/li>\n<li>Conducting customer account analysis<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining, building and servicing relationship on a regular basis<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for developing relationships with assigned customer base.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Marketing or any other related field<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 5 years of professional working experience.<\/li>\n<li>Relevant experience in an IT FIRM is preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Must have demonstrated ability to create sales\/relationship opportunities with clients, prospects and consultants in assigned market segments.<\/li>\n<li>Must have excellent sales skills and in-depth product knowledge.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills required, as well as ability to work well with a variety of people at all levels of the organization.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to close business.<\/li>\n<li>Strong presentation skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To apply\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their CV to: <a href=\"mailto:omolara.kazeem@willerssolutions.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>omolara.kazeem@willerssolutions.com<\/strong><\/a> using &#8220;Key Account Manager&#8221;
