We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Front Desk Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location: <\/strong>Amuwo Odofin, Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Descriptions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Keeps a safe and clean reception area<\/li>\n<li>Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.<\/li>\n<li>Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary<\/li>\n<li>Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner<\/li>\n<li>Receive letters and items and distribute them<\/li>\n<li>Arrange food and beverages for the guests after seeking the appropriate approval.<\/li>\n<li>Performs routine receptionisttasks as necessary for the presentation of a professional office.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirement, Key Skills and Abilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidate should possess Bachelor&#8217;s degree<\/li>\n<li>Telephone Skills<\/li>\n<li>Good command of English<\/li>\n<li>Good Listener<\/li>\n<li>Ability to organize<\/li>\n<li>Ability to coordinate people.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience as front desk representative<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with office machines (photocopier, printer)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Application Letter stating the position applying for along with their CV to: <strong><a href=\"mailto:bryanevaconsulting@gmail.com\">bryanevaconsulting@gmail.com<\/a><\/strong> with &#8220;Job Title&#8221; as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>15th January, 2021.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Brains Premier Schools is a full service elementary and secondary educational establishment that cares for students from pre-primary through primary school level, to the secondary school level.
