Starting the business from scratch, the company has grown to be a recognized leader in construction, renovation, and contracting services.<\/p>\n<p>While developing the business, the main focus is on one central theme &#8211; QUALITY.\u00a0We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Customer Care Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location<\/strong>: Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description \/ Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidate must be Female<\/li>\n<li>Attending to customers online<\/li>\n<li>Taking orders on all our social media profiles<\/li>\n<li>Must be well grounded on social media (WhatsApp\/Instagram\/Facebook\/Twitter)<\/li>\n<li>Must be bold and confident<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multi-task<\/li>\n<li>Solve customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution<\/li>\n<li>Ability to handle Company\u2019s properties with care<\/li>\n<li>Must be very organised and maintaining a high level of confidentiality.<\/li>\n<li>Manage reception area, all documents and report issues promptly<\/li>\n<li>Must always dress smart, with sound communication skills (written and oral)<\/li>\n<li>Good Team player with Interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to take on challenges or handle any other related assignment to job functions<\/li>\n<li>Not more than 28 years of age as at December 2021.<\/li>\n<li>Must reside in the Mainland areas preferably (onikpan, maryland, ojota, somolu, yaba, palmgroove)<\/li>\n<li>Should have good Customer service and Management skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent phone etiquette<\/li>\n<li>Promptness to work<\/li>\n<li>Must have an OND in any related field<\/li>\n<li>Must have completed NYSC<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in the use of computer- Internet skills including emails, messaging, MS Office (word and excel)<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 1 year work experience as a customer service personnel<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for keeping the office space clean and tidy<\/li>\n<li>Communicate courteously with clients, visitors and staff<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><br \/>\nN40,000 &#8211; N50,000 \/ month.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested\u00a0 and qualified candidates should forward their Resume, Cover Letter and any relievant document via email to: <strong><a href=\"mailto:admin@alabamart.com\">admin@alabamart.com<\/a><\/strong> using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: \u00a0<\/strong>11th January, 2021.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>WECC Limited was registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission on the 18th day of May 2016 as a limited liability Company.
