\nThe programme is a twelve month intensive training and development initiative, covering both technical and managerial competencies
\nTraining will be based on the client\u2019s core business areas and will be delivered through exposure to practical field operations, special projects, class sessions, and coaching & mentoring. Successful trainees will be absorbed into the mainstream of the company\u2019s business and will form an integral part of the future managerial talent pool.<\/p>\n
\nTo be considered, candidates must meet the following criteria
\n1. First degree with a minimum 2nd Class Upper division obtained full time form a recognized university in any of the following fields of study
\n– Geology
\n– Mechanical Engineering
\n– Electrical Engineering
\n– Petrochemical Engineering
\n– Chemistry
\n– Physics
\n– Other related science and Engineering based discipline<\/p>\n
\n3.\u00a0\u00a0 Possess good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
\n4.\u00a0\u00a0 Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
\n5.\u00a0\u00a0 Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme by end of March 2012
\n6.\u00a0\u00a0 Must not be above 28 years old by December 2012<\/p>\n
