We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Executive Assistant<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location: <\/strong>Ikoyi, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full Time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To provide high level administrative support to the ED UREL<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Principal Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Organize and prioritize documents for the Executive Director\u2019s review to ensure quality control and compliance to company procedures and policies.<\/li>\n<li>Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.<\/li>\n<li>Arranging travel, visas and accommodation for the Executive Director and other staff when necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all logistics and documentation requirements for internal and external meetings and sessions are prepared in a timely and efficient manner.<\/li>\n<li>Write minutes of meetings and produce memos for the ED\u2019s review.<\/li>\n<li>Organizing and maintaining the ED\u2019s diaries and making appointments.<\/li>\n<li>Manage renewal of all professional and club memberships for the Executive Director.<\/li>\n<li>Draft letters and reply to emails on behalf of the Executive Director.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc<\/li>\n<li>Experience: 2 &#8211; 5 years.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Competency and Skills Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Basic knowledge and understanding of macro and micro environmental trends.<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of the various industries of interest to the Group and an appreciation of the dynamics of emerging markets.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, presentation and inter-personal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong leadership and people management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Good problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Good project management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication (spoken and written)<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multi-task effectively and prioritize tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Integrity and good work ethics.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office tools.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>N100,000 &#8211; N150,000 monthly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Applications to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:careers@uragarealestate.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>careers@uragarealestate.com<\/strong><\/a> using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>22nd January, 2021.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Uraga Real Estate &#8211; Over the last 10 years, Uraga Real Estate (A Honeywell Group Company) has created and reinvented some of the most recognizable buildings in Nigeria.
