Kids r Key is looking for highly motivated, experienced and focused individuals to fill the esteemed position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Child Care Instructor<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location<\/strong>: (Karasana and Kubwa) Abuja<br \/>\n<strong>Contract:<\/strong> Permanent<br \/>\n<strong>Hours:<\/strong> Full Time<br \/>\n<strong>Start Date:<\/strong> Immediately<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Organising, teaching and mentoring a small class size of about 15 to 20 pupils.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the delivery of all subjects with particular emphasis on core subjects of Literacy, Numeracy and Science.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Typical Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lesson planning and preparation; checking pupil\u2019s work; administering of tests\/exams and production of results.<\/li>\n<li>Organising, attending and supervising school activities such as excursions, school concerts, camps, sporting events etc.<\/li>\n<li>Developing and fostering appropriate skills and social abilities to the optimum development of children, according to age, ability and aptitude.<\/li>\n<li>Assessing and preparing pupils for state and national exams\/competitions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements \/ Qualification<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>NCE (National Certificate in Education)<\/li>\n<li>Higher qualification in education ,TRCN certificate and other field is an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience will also be considered.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Essential:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent Organisational and Communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge and use of the English Language (both written and spoken).<\/li>\n<li>Results focused, positive and creative approach to teaching with excellent classroom and behaviour management, Good IT skills and the ability to use digital teaching aid technologies.<\/li>\n<li>Computer and its application usage knowledge<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Desirable:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>NCE qualification in Early Childhood Education plus one-year experience of working with children is desirable but not essential.<\/li>\n<li>However, successful applicants must be result focused and enjoy creating a fun and focused learning environment.<\/li>\n<li>Planning lessons and activities that facilitate students&#8217; acquisition of basic and advanced computer skills.<\/li>\n<li>Instructing in a manner that develops students&#8217; confidence in their abilities.<\/li>\n<li>Observing and managing classroom dynamics.<\/li>\n<li>Invigilating and grading projects, quizzes, and examinations.<\/li>\n<li>Tracking and communicating students&#8217; advancement throughout the course.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To apply\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/10tCw--91VksC2gspnI4_locw2f0viPr8WFFT7RFdu74\/edit\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Click here to apply online<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>31st January, 2021.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kids r Key Academy is a family-centered educational facility currently providing early childhood education in a safe, serene and secured environment.
