We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Business Development Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location: <\/strong>Victoria Island, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The business development executive will focus on customer acquisition, lead generation, and prospect management, as this role will garner and meet with potential clients<\/li>\n<li>The business development executive will be responsible to research client business referrals, network, and web leads; provide prospective customers\/clients with all services offered and additional presentations as needed, and work with clients to create solutions for their needs and consult throughout the sales process<\/li>\n<li>Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Building business relationships with current and potential clients.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs).<\/li>\n<li>Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences.<\/li>\n<li>Creating and maintaining a list\/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database (CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information.<\/li>\n<li>Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with the client through the closing process.<\/li>\n<li>Meeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and interviews; meeting or exceeding annual sales goals.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements and Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High School Degree or equivalent.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with lead generation and prospect management.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers.<\/li>\n<li>Persuasive and goal-oriented.<\/li>\n<li>Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.<\/li>\n<li>Able to professionally and confidently communicate with C-Level Executives.<\/li>\n<li>Four years of cold calling experience; previous experience in an outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience; knowledge of sales process from initiation to close.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent analytical and time-management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated and proven sales results.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.<\/li>\n<li>Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:jobs@creditclan.com\">jobs@creditclan.com<\/a><\/strong>using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>15th February, 2021.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Creditclan Tech Limited is a full Technology Company with the sole mission of solving all credit problems in Africa.
