We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Human Resource Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Job ref.:<\/strong> HRO\/1123\/ PC<br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Lekki, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job type:<\/strong> Full Time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Summary \/ Objective<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pivotage Consulting seeks to grow its team by hiring a young and vibrant individual to perform the role of a Human Resource Officer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>General Human Resource function<\/li>\n<li>Preparing HR related proposals, organizing trainings, performing HR audits for clients.<\/li>\n<li>Efficiently and consistently handling Human Resource requests of a wide range of clients across the Financial, Energy, Oil and Gas, E-Commerce, FMCG, Manufacturing, Hospitality, ICT and Transportation Sector.<\/li>\n<li>Managing Clients\u2019 portfolios.<\/li>\n<li>Assisting the HR Consultants in preparation of employment packages, and recruitment.<\/li>\n<li>Entering and updating candidate\u2019s data into the company&#8217;s database.<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of documents and presentations for meetings and events across departments.<\/li>\n<li>Recording key action points during monthly performance meetings and presenting points in subsequent meetings to track performance.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiently scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews and appointments for the HR Consultant.<\/li>\n<li>Content creating and marketing\/brand promotion.<\/li>\n<li>Performing any other HR functions as may be assigned by the Lead HR Consultant from time to time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Other Duties:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
