We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Operations Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location: <\/strong>Lagos Island, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full Time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for an Operations Manager to monitor our Beauty salon functions and build processes that meet our business needs.<\/li>\n<li>Responsibilities include tracking business results, performing cost-benefit analyses and monitoring production KPIs.<\/li>\n<li>He\/She should also demonstrate great leadership skills and be able to communicate the vision of the company across all levels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure all systems operate smoothly and align with our quality standards<\/li>\n<li>Maximize the efficiency of all business procedures<\/li>\n<li>Establish production KPIs and conduct quality assessments<\/li>\n<li>Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when they arise<\/li>\n<li>Build processes that meet our business objectives and ensure compliance<\/li>\n<li>Monitor financial data and recommend solutions that will improve profitability<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with the HR department to ensure our hiring plans meet our business needs<\/li>\n<li>Take into account the needs of external and internal stakeholders and incorporate them into new strategic plans.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc in Business Management or relevant field<\/li>\n<li>Must have at least 5 years\u2019 experience in the hair care industry<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of operations management<\/li>\n<li>Experience with databases and project management software<\/li>\n<li>The ability to interpret financial data and allocate budgets<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional communication skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:ashabi.lawal@willerssolutions.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>ashabi.lawal@willerssolutions.com<\/strong><\/a> using &#8220;Operations Manager&#8221; as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>31st January, 2021.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Willers Solutions Limited is a fast paced business management solutions firm with an array of value offerings to Corporate organisations.
