\nJOB TITLE: Estate Surveyor

Responsibilities:
\n\u2022 Manage properties, sell and acquire landed properties in Nigeria..
\n\u2022 Look at and collect information about a property; and arrange for photographs to be taken;
\n\u2022 Visit and talk with the sellers about their properties\/its special features
\n\u2022 Estimate the value of the property
\n\u2022 Market and promote properties for sale
\n\u2022 Compile home information packs, contact qualified home inspectors to complete relevant sections
\n\u2022 Represent the sellers in negotiations
\n\u2022 Monitor sales as they proceed and liaise with all interested parties including mortgage brokers, solicitors, surveyors and other estate agents
\n\u2022 Advise clients and help buyers decide on what they want to buy
\n\u2022 Make sure that a price is acceptable to both buyer and seller
\n\u2022 Keep up to date with trends in the local residential property market, as well as the commercial market.<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Requirements\/Skills:
\n\u2022 Minimum of BSC\/HND in any relevant field
\n\u2022 2-5 years experience
\n\u2022 Competence in all aspects of building surveying, including construction standards, building law, and code development and legislation
\n\u2022 Extensive knowledge appropriate for designing and implementing marketing strategies in a real estate and property management industry
\n\u2022 Proven knowledge in market and customer research
\n\u2022 He\/She must be a self-starter, computer literate, committed to achieving set targets and deadlines
\n\u2022 Candidate must reside in Lagos
\n\u2022 Effective and excellent communication\/presentational skills
\n\u2022 Excellent interpersonal skills
\n\u2022 Goal oriented and personally motivated
\n\u2022 Must be agile and able to work with minimum or no supervision.<\/p>\n
