Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Perform all IT related roles
\n\u2022 Reach and educate potential clients using social media, public relations and online advertising.
\n\u2022 Organize and interpret qualitative and quantitative data from various sources related to Real Estate
\n\u2022 Stay on top of digital and mobile trends, locally and around the world.
\n\u2022 Consult with management to aid in the creation of and implementation of project plans.
\n\u2022 Co-develop and maintain content management strategies and ensure that all site content is consistent with marketing copy requirements and corporate legal policies.
\n\u2022 Measure and track the effectiveness of blog topics based on number of viewers and number of
\n\u2022 comments

\n\u2022 Troubleshoot and repair bugs and technical problems
\n\u2022 As appropriate, respond promptly to blog comments and e-mail

Qualifications and Requirements\/Skills:<\/p>\n
\u2022 BSC in Marketing, Communications, Business, Computer Science or in any relevant field
\n\u2022 3 to 5 years experience in online marketing.
\n\u2022 Have knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO), HTML code, keyword research and Web content creation.
\n\u2022 Good written communication
\n\u2022 Conduct online advertising campaigns such as pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
\n\u2022 Working knowledge of TSQL query language and a fundamental understanding of relational database theory preferred
\n\u2022 Superb proofreading and editing skills
\n\u2022 Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials
\n\u2022 Ability to write simply with a conversational style
\n\u2022 Writing should be informative, but not verbose<\/p>\n
