construction, amongst other clientele services.We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Planning and Control Engineer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Warri, Delta<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Contract<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Project Planning, Scheduling and Control Procedures (SOPs) and Plans for Project Implementation and ITT Proposals<\/li>\n<li>Management of Change Process Initiation and Scope Change Integration on Baseline Documents<\/li>\n<li>Development &amp; monitoring of Project Master Schedules ranging from Level 1-3, at tendering stage, and up to level 4-5, at contract execution phases, for various EPC packages of Project<\/li>\n<li>Develop and Implement the PMS with Progress Tables\/S-Curves for projects<\/li>\n<li>Monitor Schedule and Cost Control Performance for Project<\/li>\n<li>Preparation and submission of Daily, Weekly, Monthly progress reports<\/li>\n<li>Generate Cost Control Projections and Monitor Milestone Performance<\/li>\n<li>Draft and Implement Risk Registers with respective indicators and mitigation measures<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and manage project control demands with subcontractors\/vendors<\/li>\n<li>Regular Update and Transmittal of Activity\/Project Performance Dashboard Performance Dashboards<\/li>\n<li>Progress Review Meetings and Project Presentations<\/li>\n<li>Management of Look-ahead Programs, Late Task Analysis, Issues and Commitment Registers, Construction Site Programs(Level 5) etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements and Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in Engineering.<\/li>\n<li>5 years Cognate Experience with developing and implementation of Work Breakdown Structures, Cost Breakdown Structures, Progress Measurment Systems for Oil and Gas EPC projects<\/li>\n<li>Expert Proficiency in Primavera P6 &amp; MS Office.<\/li>\n<li>Adept Reporting Skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong Multitasking Abilities.<\/li>\n<li>Strong Analytical, Critical, and Logical thinking skills.<\/li>\n<li>A sound understanding of Oil and Gas Transmission and Processing Facilities.<\/li>\n<li>Sound in Cost Control &amp;
