We provide solutions\/system integration services focused on information system consulting and integration, and infrastructure services centered on outsourcing services (complete information system operation and management).We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Technical Support Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Brief:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for technically skilled candidates with excellent interpersonal skills for this position. You will troubleshoot technical issues, provide timely customer feedback and support the roll-out of new software, among other duties.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Roles and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Troubleshoot technical issues<\/li>\n<li>Attend in-person meetings with clients to analyse, troubleshoot and diagnose software problems<\/li>\n<li>Complete detailed reports listing requests to technical assistance, steps taken to resolve them, and the specific dates\/individuals involved<\/li>\n<li>support the roll-out of new software<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults<\/li>\n<li>Follow up with clients to ensure problems are resolved.<\/li>\n<li>Test and evaluate new technologies<\/li>\n<li>Respond to customer inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges<\/li>\n<li>Other duties as assigned by your supervisor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc. in Computer science<\/li>\n<li>1-3 years\u2019 experience as a Technical support personnel<\/li>\n<li>Expert knowledge in how operating systems and software works.<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills and Abilities<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent time management and organisation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/MKYR5ASTMUwaoCuDA\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Click here to apply online<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>18th February, 2021<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>TEKPLUGIN is the leading information and communication technology (ICT) company and software engineering company offering a full range of technology products, solutions and services.
