Incorporated in 2012 and headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria, GIG Logistics leverages on technology to gain competitive advantage.We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Customer Service Representative<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Locations:\u00a0<\/strong>Asaba, Delta<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full Time or Part Time<br \/>\n<strong>Work hours:<\/strong> 20 to 40 hours per week<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Customer service representatives help customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns.<\/li>\n<li>By helping customers understand the service and answering questions about their reservations, they are sometimes seen as having a role in sales.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.<\/li>\n<li>Responding promptly to customer inquiries.<\/li>\n<li>Communicating with customers through various channels.<\/li>\n<li>Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.<\/li>\n<li>Knowing our services inside and out so that you can answer clients questions correctly.<\/li>\n<li>Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.<\/li>\n<li>Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.<\/li>\n<li>Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.<\/li>\n<li>Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification \/ Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>OND \/ HND \/ B.Sc in any field of study<\/li>\n<li>1 year in Customer Service experience in a reputable organization<\/li>\n<li>Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to make use of Microsoft Office.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with customer support<\/li>\n<li>Residing in Edo, Asaba, Onitsha.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>N80,000 &#8211; N120,000 monthly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should forward their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:hansongiglogistics@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>hansongiglogistics@gmail.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title and your present location as the subject of the mail e.g &#8220;Customer Service Representative \/ Asaba&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>27th February, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>GIG Logistics is a member of The GIG Group and prides itself as Nigeria\u2019s leading logistics company.
