We pride ourselves in how well we assist organizations overcome challenges that bother on optimal performance by proffering a wide array of solutions through the use of deep IT expertise, industry-wide expertise and highly proficient tools.We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Architect<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lekki, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Produce detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections<\/li>\n<li>Review plans for construction projects<\/li>\n<li>Identify potential issues that may arise during construction<\/li>\n<li>Estimate project costs and develop a budget<\/li>\n<li>Visit sites to monitor progress, oversee contractor activities, and work to eliminate delays and stay on budget.<\/li>\n<li>Control project from start to finish to ensure the high quality, innovative and functional design<\/li>\n<li>Take brief to identify clients\u2019 needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals<\/li>\n<li>Develop ideas keeping in mind client\u2019s needs, building\u2019s usage and environmental impact<\/li>\n<li>Compile project specifications<\/li>\n<li>Keep within budgets and timelines<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations<\/li>\n<li>Follow architectural trends and advancements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc degree in Architecture or civil engineering<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years proven working experience as an Architect<\/li>\n<li>Strong portfolio to prove artistic skills<\/li>\n<li>Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards<\/li>\n<li>Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software and project management software\u2019s (AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Revit, Sketch UP, BQE Core, Asana, Deltek Ajera)<\/li>\n<li>Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions<\/li>\n<li>Visual awareness and an eye for detail<\/li>\n<li>Communication and project management skill.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:recruitment@kloverharris.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>recruitment@kloverharris.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the &#8220;Job Title&#8221; as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>4th February, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kloverharris Limited is a Human Resource\/IT Consulting company that provides high-quality services to businesses across Africa.
