Within a Residency experience, every guest is offered a warm welcome and is made to feel special, valued and appreciated.We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Receptionist \/ Front Office<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Guzape, Abuja (FCT)<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform all check-in and check-out tasks<\/li>\n<li>Manage online and phone reservations<\/li>\n<li>Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data<\/li>\n<li>Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)<\/li>\n<li>Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms<\/li>\n<li>Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities<\/li>\n<li>Respond to clients\u2019 complaints in a timely and professional manner<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests\u2019 needs<\/li>\n<li>Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees, like wedding guests<\/li>\n<li>Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate<\/li>\n<li>Maintain updated records of bookings and payment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates should possess OND qualification with at least 3 years experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary:<\/strong><br \/>\nN40,000 monthly.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:info@myresidencyhotel.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">info@myresidencyhotel.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Position as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>20th February, 2021.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Residency Hotels Limited &#8211; A major hotel chain endowed with a rich tradition of hospitality.
