AVA has three major arms which have been streamlined to meet our customer&#8217;s needs.We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Business Development Lead (Oil and Gas &amp; Industrial Segments)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Reporting To:<\/strong> Business Development manager<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Driving sales and marketing initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Developing business proposals for new clients.<\/li>\n<li>Managing relationships with existing clients \u2013 IOCs, NOC\u2019s, EPC\u2019s other industry players<\/li>\n<li>Managing relationships with our Local &amp; International suppliers and partners<\/li>\n<li>Manage RFQ\/RFP\u2019s \u2013 online sourcing for items and products that meet end-user specifications.<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of bids\/proposals and negotiations with clients<\/li>\n<li>Experience &amp; Relationships with NAPIMS, DPR, NIPEX, NCDMB is a big plus.<\/li>\n<li>Manage client expectations throughout the sales cycle and closing process to ensure quality service delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring customers satisfaction, exceeding targets, generating income, and providing value for clients. Accordingly, she\/he will have well-developed contacts at senior levels in in the oil and gas sector.<\/li>\n<li>Build sales pipeline by developing and driving managing sales activities plans across the year.<\/li>\n<li>Research and analyze new business opportunities by developing and leveraging on both new and existing relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Develop winning proposals to clients.<\/li>\n<li>Carry out other tasks as assigned<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>by the management<strong>.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Academic Qualification: A University Degree in Engineering\/ Business Administration or related field<\/li>\n<li>Experience: 5+ years of experience in the Oil and gas field, as Business Development Professional in an oil and gas servicing firm or related industry, current position must be within the oil and gas sector.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Skills &amp; Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven Business and Sales Development experience in the Oil, Gas &amp; Industrial sector<\/li>\n<li>Good Negotiation and Networking skill.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytics and commercial skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and influential skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent Presentation Skills<\/li>\n<li>Great organizational and team player skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multitask and meet deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite i.e. Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary:<\/strong><br \/>\nVery Attractive<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their\u00a0tailored CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:apply@alfred-victoria.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>apply@alfred-victoria.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>9th February, 2021.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong>: Any application received after this will be automatically rejected.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Alfred &amp; Victoria Associates is one of Nigeria\u2019s leading ICT solution based company.
