Job Description:
\nThe candidate will be responsible for website analysis design and development. She will provide interface support and maintenance, modifications, performance tuning, problem solving, requirements gathering and writing technical specifications.
\nThe duties include, but are not limited to the following:
\n1. Create a relational database for site to be developed with specifications supplied by client.
\n2. Develop a content management system
\n3. Create form(s) connected to the database
\n4. Manage the backend issues of existing clients’ sites
\nProvide ongoing support to clients, resolving day-to-day website issues in a timely manner and to the satisfaction of clients.
\n5. Participate in weekly meetings with the project team to discuss
\nprogress and issues
\n6. Interact with lead strategist regarding quality and delivery of
\nprojects
\n7. Prepare, monitor and maintain business processes, deliverables and
\ntimelines
\n8. Identify interdependence for all projects and facilitate communication among team members
\n9. Identify issues and provide advice on project progression
\n10. Act as liaison with other team members to ensure success of the project
\n11. Facilitate effective information flow to team members
\n12. Manage selected project budgets
\n13. Compose reports and proposals<\/p>\n
Skills:
\n1. PHP scripting knowledge
\n2. Knowledge of HTML
\n3. Knowledge of MYSQL, DATABASE AND DATABASE FORMS
\nEducation:
\nThe right candidate must possess a good university degree in Computer Science\/Engineering or related fields.
\nProfessional Certification will be an added advantage
\nExperience:
\nAt least one year experience in a similar position in a reputable organisation<\/p>\n
