\n\uf0d8 Composes and types routine correspondence.
\n\uf0d8 Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information.
\n\uf0d8 Organizes and maintains file system, and files correspondence and other records.
\n\uf0d8 Answers and screens Managing Partner’s telephone calls, and arranges conference calls.
\n\uf0d8 Coordinates Managing Partner’s schedule and makes appointments.
\n\uf0d8 Arrange travel and accommodation and occasionally travel with the Managing Partner to take notes or dictation at meetings, or to provide general assistance during presentations.
\n\uf0d8 Conducts research, and compiles and types statistical reports into subjects the Managing Partner is dealing with.
\n\uf0d8 Coordinates and arranges meetings, prepares agendas, reserves and prepares facilities, and records and transcribes minutes of meetings and ensures that the Managing Partner is well-prepared for these meetings.
\n\uf0d8 Makes copies of correspondence or other printed materials.
\n\uf0d8 Prepares outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mail.
\n\uf0d8 Orders and maintains supplies, and arranges for equipment maintenance in relation to the Managing Partner\u2019s need.
\n\uf0d8 Maintains strict confidentiality<\/p>\n
\nFirst degree from a reputable higher institution, with a minimum of two years work experience as a Personal Assistant.<\/p>\n
\no Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
\no Ideal candidate should be computer literate
\no Good time management skill
\no Strong interpersonal skills
\no Should have an eye for detail
\no Excellent planning and organizational skill<\/p>\n
