Our client who is the Power Industry seek to employ a Human Resource Coordinator.<\/p>\n
Job Responsibility
\n\uf0d8 Recruits, interviews, tests, and select employees to fill vacant positions existing in the organization.
\n\uf0d8 Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward the company goals.
\n\uf0d8 Handle all personnel transactions such as confirmations, promotions, transfers, performance reviews and terminations.
\n\uf0d8 Advises management on appropriate resolution of employee relations issues and carries out disciplinary actions.
\n\uf0d8 Ensures effective communication within the organization by soliciting for feedback from all departments and communicating back to management.
\n\uf0d8 Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, programs and ensures effective administration.
\n\uf0d8 Administer performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within the organization.
\n\uf0d8 Administer the salary administration program to ensure compliance.
\n\uf0d8 Administer benefits programs such as life insurance, health, pension plans, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance programs.
\n\uf0d8 Prepares the budget of human resources department.
\n\uf0d8 Prepares employee separation notices, related documentation and conduct exit interviews to determine reasons behind resignation.<\/p>\n
Education \/ Experience
\nFirst degree from a reputable University, CIPM with a minimum of 3years related experience in Human Resource Management.<\/p>\n
Knowledge and Skills Required
\no Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skill
\no Ideal Candidate should be computer literate
\no Excellent leadership skill.
\no Excellent management skill
\no Should be able to pay attention to detail
\no Proven coaching and conflict resolution skill<\/p>\n
