We maintain an excellent and world-class hospitality standard to our guests.We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Marketing Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Ikeja, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong>full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Position Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Marketing Offioceroversee many aspects of a campaign throughout the entire lifespan of a product, service or idea. As such executives are likely to have a great deal of responsibility early on and will be required to manage their time and duties themselves.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns.<\/li>\n<li>Conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences.<\/li>\n<li>Devising and presenting ideas and strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Promotional activities.<\/li>\n<li>Contributing to long-term marketing plans and strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Writing and distributing proposals to companies and developing advertising opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Analyzing pricing positions and monitoring competitors&#8217; activities.<\/li>\n<li>Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system.<\/li>\n<li>Writing and distributing proposals to companies and developing advertising opportunities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Other Responsibilities Include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Research and identify a relevant market with the sole objective of assisting the Manager achieve the revenue sales target spelt out by the management in the business plan.<\/li>\n<li>Assist to develop and implement the hotel&#8217;s marketing plan, general business plan, marketing and sales strategies to ensure sales maximisation and profitability<\/li>\n<li>Monitors present and future sales trends, practices and marketing strategy in order to increase overall sales target.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor the market trend and provide the Marketing Manager with input for detailed market analysis and sales promotions.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor Competitors, cost-competitive advantage and niche strategy<\/li>\n<li>Continuously seeks to endeavor and improve the sales department&#8217;s efficient operation, and knowledge of own job function.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Lead Generation and Conversion:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify goals for lead identification and conversion<\/li>\n<li>Selects and develops strategies to improve guest service, food production techniques and efficiency<\/li>\n<li>Assist to arrange and attend joint presentations with the Manager to corporate clients<\/li>\n<li>Ensure product knowledge and adequate updated information as presentation and meetings should be sourced for and attended<\/li>\n<li>Profile corporate clients to help determine potential business and provide same to the Marketing manager.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Minimum Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>He\/She must possess a minimum qualification of B.Sc\/HND in any related discipline and MUST have worked as a Marketing officer in previous organization preferably in a Hotel.<\/li>\n<li>He\/She should have a minimum working experience of 2-6 years.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV and Cover Letter (PDF) to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:vacancies@laimhotels.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>vacancies@laimhotels.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>4th February, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Laim Hotel &#8211; We are a 5 STAR hotel that constantly anticipates our guest&#8217;s expectations by offering superior services, with exceptional facilities and innovations that consistently exceed these expectations.
