We meet the electricity needs of household and all strata of businesses through our Pay as you go structure, improving quality of life and providing access to 24 \/ 7 electricity.We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: State Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Locations:\u00a0<\/strong>Delta and Benin City &#8211; Edo<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Principal Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assess and identify new opportunities for growth in current and prospective markets.<\/li>\n<li>Establish the company&#8217;s goals and objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Recruit and train new employees.<\/li>\n<li>Perform regular employee evaluations to determine areas of improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Design business strategies and plans to meet the company goals.<\/li>\n<li>Make sure that the company has sufficient resources such as personnel, material, and equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Develop a comprehensive company budget and perform periodic budget analyses.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all company activities adhere to legal guidelines and policies.<\/li>\n<li>Assess overall company performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Performance Indicators:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Quality of Sales services rendered.<\/li>\n<li>Quantity of Company Products Sold<\/li>\n<li>Turnaround time for all deliverables.<\/li>\n<li>Error rate on assigned tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Speed and accuracy.<\/li>\n<li>Sales cost as a percentage of turnover.<\/li>\n<li>Satisfaction level of customers and other stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Percentage implementation of Departmental Sales Plans and strategy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge and Competency Requirements<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Minimum Education &amp; Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>HND \/ Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Business Management or other related fields.<\/li>\n<li>At least 5 years&#8217; experience in a management position and in a Renewable Energy Firm<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Functional \/ Technical Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good communication skills and language expression skills, have affinity;<\/li>\n<li>Have good team spirit, can work under pressure;<\/li>\n<li>Good Analytical and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Attention to details and good organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of quality output<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in the use of communication technology to deliver information and other basic and advanced business applications etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Behavioural \/ Management Development Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in diverse teams<\/li>\n<li>Strong relationship building and networking skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to think strategically and holistically and to appreciate the inter-relationship and inter-dependencies among issues<\/li>\n<li>Team-building skills<\/li>\n<li>Should possess impeccable integrity and proven commitment to good governance<\/li>\n<li>Must have executive presence and inspire the confidence of stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Strong administrative skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong negotiation and influencing skills<\/li>\n<li>Work enthusiasm, positive, with a strong sense of competition, thinking agile, good at pioneering;<\/li>\n<li>Love sales, want to prove themselves;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to cope with difficult situations<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrable analytical thinking &amp; business insight.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of renewable energy business.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their updated CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:beebeejumpe@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>beebeejumpe@gmail.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0with the &#8220;Position&#8221; applied for and Location&#8221; as the subject.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>28th February, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Beebeejump is a Renewable Energy company specialized in providing efficient and affordable electricity at different scale.
