\n\u00d8 Provide advice on HR matters to the management team, including the development and review of relevant HR strategies, policies and procedures;

\n\u00d8 Oversee the general administration of the organization so that its key objectives are met;
\n\u00d8 Ensure the proper monitoring of the day-to-day operations of the organization.
\n\u00d8 Supervise the formulation and implement of Administrative policies and guidelines
\n\u00d8 Oversee preparation of Monthly Action Plans and Activity Reports for staff
\n\u00d8 To monitor the progress and take necessary corrective measure<\/p>\n
\n\u00d8 Oversee the finance function, ensuring proper administration of the organization\u2019s
\n\u00d8 financial affairs
\n\u00d8 Advising and assisting on budget and financial planning strategies
\n\u00d8 Monitoring and revising the budget in line with changing demands and projected out-turns; and preparing the annual financial statements
\n\u00d8 To ensure effective control and management of the organization\u2019s income and
\n\u00d8 expenditure
\n\u00d8 Ensure the provision of meaningful, accurate and timely management accounting
