AVA has three major arms which have been streamlined to meet our customer&#8217;s needs.We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Advanced L2 \/ L3 Back Office NOKIA DWDM Resource Personnel<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Role Objective<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Characterizing DWDM transmission with high speed optical transponders in long-haul and metro optical networks<strong>.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must have good hands-on working experience on the following NOKIA\/Alcatel Lucent Devices: 1830 PSS16, 32, 36, 63, 24-X and 1621 SLE.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for Management of Alcatel Lucent Photonic Service Switch (1830PSS-16\/32\/64) Nodes using the Network Management System.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for Software upgrade and Acceptance Tests for Alcatel 1830PSS nodes.<\/li>\n<li>Planning and execution of DWDM transmission tests.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Academic Qualification:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum Master&#8217;s degree in Electrical \/ Electronics Engineering or Physics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience working with standards identifying how solutions work in a multivendor environment.<\/li>\n<li>Qualified experience working with Alcatel-Lucent or other vendor DWDM products.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge on the usage and requirements of test equipment and the ability to manipulate them as required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong documentation and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Able to perform well and multi-task in a team environment<\/li>\n<li>Self- motivated with a flexible, positive, and creative attitude<\/li>\n<li>Careful and thorough, with meticulous attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary: <\/strong>Very Attractive.<\/p>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:apply@alfred-victoria.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">apply@alfred-victoria.com<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>using the &#8220;Job Title&#8221; as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>Friday 3pm &#8211; 17th February, 2021.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0Any application received after the deadline will be automatically rejected.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Alfred &amp; Victoria Associates is one of Nigeria\u2019s leading ICT solution based company.
