Apply Now"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Moyosola Olalekan &#8211; Our client, a leading Architectural firm located on the Island in Lagos and, its Nonprofit arm is currently recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: HR Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Our client, a leading Architectural firm located on the Island in Lagos and, its Nonprofit arm seeks immediate employment of an HR Manager.<\/li>\n<li>This position will be responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of human resources activities, plans and programmes; manage the organisations team to ensure a productive workplace, uphold the corporate values and culture of the organisations; engage in employee relations, drive employee performance, and implement HR strategies and systems for growth.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Description\/Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.<\/li>\n<li>Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.<\/li>\n<li>Promoting corporate values and shaping a positive culture in the organization.<\/li>\n<li>Managing the recruitment and selection process.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.<\/li>\n<li>Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organizations&#8217; human resource and talent strategy, particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.<\/li>\n<li>Nurture a positive working environment, taking initiatives, and drive change.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and rewards.<\/li>\n<li>Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining department records and reports.<\/li>\n<li>Participating in administrative staff meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Recommending and implementing new policies, approaches, and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Employee Relations managing absence, disciplinary, grievances, sickness, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Training &#8211; Implementing the training and development agenda; identify areas that need attention and improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all company policies and procedures are dully adhered to and up-to-date.<\/li>\n<li>Any other duties as assigned by the MD\/CEO.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements\/Specifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in Industrial Relations\/Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related fields.<\/li>\n<li>CIPM\/HRCI\/SHRM<\/li>\n<li>Master or an MBA will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 3-5 years\u2019 experience in human resources generalist position.<\/li>\n<li>Age 30-40<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Qualities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven working experience as HR Manager\/HR Generalist\/ HR Executive role.<\/li>\n<li>People-oriented and results-driven.<\/li>\n<li>Good acumen and corporate management capability.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of the Nigerian labor law will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent active listening, interpersonal and communication skills, and presentation skills at all levels.<\/li>\n<li>Good on advising managers on all aspects of people management and development.<\/li>\n<li>Great resourcefulness, with excellent leadership qualities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>KPIs:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Training &amp;
