We&#8217;re looking for people to join our mission to provide world-class digital marketing solutions to mid-size businesses around the world.<\/p>\n<p>We get super excited about driving business growth for our clients and are looking for people who take pride in their marketing work and enjoy having a little fun at the same time.We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: FXInternational Internet Marketing Account Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Locations:\u00a0<\/strong>Nationwide (Remote)<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform research to establish a strong understanding of client\u2019s business goals and propose solutions and strategies that meet their needs and drive their success on the web<\/li>\n<li>Generate and provide resources to educate clients on the value of digital marketing strategies, and actions involved to meet their goals<\/li>\n<li>Identify digital marketing opportunities for clients, and lead testing processes<\/li>\n<li>Manage ideation, planning, and execution efforts of CRO special projects. I.E. Design specs, freelancer contributions, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Perform A\/B, website usability, and website conversion rate testing<\/li>\n<li>Interpret web analytics, demographic data, market research, and buyer behaviors as they relate to CRO efforts. Generate and execute strategies as they relate to findings<\/li>\n<li>Prepare monthly digital marketing campaign reports<\/li>\n<li>Correct technical issues on the backend of websites<\/li>\n<li>Champion CRO best practices for clients<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Percentage Breakdown:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5% analyzing clients\u2019 competitors<\/li>\n<li>5% working in the backend of websites\/fixing technical issues<\/li>\n<li>10% managing external resources for CRO projects (i.e. Freelancers)<\/li>\n<li>10% creating reports for client campaigns<\/li>\n<li>15% analyzing data, identifying deliverables<\/li>\n<li>25% client strategy and analytics<\/li>\n<li>30% performing and analyzing A\/B testing and other assessments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Training:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Our &#8220;Bootcamp&#8221; web marketing training program will be provided for new WebFX &#8220;family members.&#8221;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What You&#8217;ll Get:<\/strong><br \/>\nOpportunities for Growth:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>WebFX grew 250%+over the past 3 years, and merit-based promotional opportunities are abundant for new family members who meet or exceed position performance metrics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Candidates interested in the Account Manager position may also have interest in:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Digital marketing, online marketing, paid advertising, search marketing, inbound marketing, web marketing, content marketing, PPC, SEO, SEM, blogging, customer service, writing, editing, research, communications, entry level, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Desired Education:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Journalism, Communications, Information Systems or Statistics (GPA above 3.4).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>General Knowledge:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Solid understanding of the Internet<\/li>\n<li>Solid understanding of basic copywriting<\/li>\n<li>Solid web copywriting skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience: 1 &#8211; 3 years<\/li>\n<li>Should have customer service experience in any industry<\/li>\n<li>Part-time\/summer job\/internship experience is a must<\/li>\n<li>Basic HTML experience (a plus)<\/li>\n<li>Advertising agency experience (a plus)<\/li>\n<li>Any digital marketing experience (a plus)<\/li>\n<li>Leadership\/management experience relating to coordinating the work-flow and deadlines of others (a plus)<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Google Analytics (a plus).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fluent in English (written and verbal).
