Our company is mainly into Agriculture &amp; Farms, Chemical Dealers, Chemicals and offering Caustic Soda, Corn Starch.We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Human Resource Executive<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Ikeja, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Recruiting, training and developing staff<\/li>\n<li>Pensions and benefits administration<\/li>\n<li>Approving job descriptions and advertisements<\/li>\n<li>Looking after the health, safety and welfare of all employees<\/li>\n<li>Organising staff training sessions and activities<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring staff performance and attendance<\/li>\n<li>Advising line managers and other employees on employment law and the employer&#8217;s own employment policies and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Negotiating salaries, contracts, working conditions or redundancy packages with staff and representatives.<\/li>\n<li>Provide counseling on policies and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Create and implement effective onboarding plans<\/li>\n<li>Creating team building activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc in any Social Science discipline.<\/li>\n<li>3-5 years relevant experience.<\/li>\n<li>Any relevant relatedcertification(s) is an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Applicants should not be more than 35years .<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Resume to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:careers@orientglobal.com.ng\">careers@orientglobal.com.ng<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>8th February, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Orient Global Manufacturing Limited &#8211;
