We also support organizations to define strategies that position them to compete favorably amongst their peers in the industry.We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: General Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Abuja (FCT) ,<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A three-star hotel in Abuja metropolis requires a General Manager with strong entrepreneurial skills to manage the hotel.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Restructure the Hotel operations to improve performance as well as enhance the revenue earning capacity<\/li>\n<li>Strategically develop new business lines and complementary sources of revenue to maximize the earnings and wealth of the Hotel<\/li>\n<li>Market the hotel services and ensure the hotels\/businesses are fully booked on a daily basis<\/li>\n<li>Achieve the target of the hotel on a weekly\/monthly basis<\/li>\n<li>Drive business processes to deliver a world-class customer experience<\/li>\n<li>Supervise compliance standards to the hotel rules and regulations and exercise disciplinary measures as needed in line with company policy<\/li>\n<li>Effectively handle all guest complaints<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Candidate Profile:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Bsc\/HND in Hotel Management or related course from a recognized Tertiary Institution<\/li>\n<li>Must have at least 8-10<\/li>\n<li>years post qualification experience in the Hospitality business<\/li>\n<li>Must have at least 3 years\u2019 experience in marketing of hospitality businesses.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their applications to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:info@vodstra.com\">info@vodstra.com<\/a><\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>with the Job Title and location as the mail subject<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>24th February, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Vodstra Limited is a corporate organization whose aim is to use disruptive and innovative strategies to support SMEs grow their leadership, develop business and entrepreneurship in Nigeria.
