{"id":143521,"date":"2021-02-15T08:00:10","date_gmt":"2021-02-15T07:00:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=143521"},"modified":"2021-02-15T13:34:17","modified_gmt":"2021-02-15T12:34:17","slug":"appzone-limited-recent-job-vacancy-apply-now","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/appzone-limited-recent-job-vacancy-apply-now.html","title":{"rendered":"Appzone Limited Recent Job Vacancy &#8211; Apply Now!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Appzone Limited is Africa&#8217;s leading provider of Integrated Banking and Payment software platforms and incidentally creator of BankOne; the world&#8217;s leading cloud infrastructure for Banking and Payment processing targeted at Small and Medium financial Institutions.We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Recruitment Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be proactive, think strategically, and network with qualified candidates in search of talents for all vacant positions.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain pipeline of qualified candidates for future consideration and to rapidly respond to talent management needs.<\/li>\n<li>Establish a strong rapport with hiring managers at OpCo to understand their strategic staffing needs and fill vacancies in a timely manner; and guide the hiring managers through the recruitment process where needed.<\/li>\n<li>Manage communications between applicants, hiring managers and others to keep all parties apprised of the status of each search.<\/li>\n<li>Post advertisements in a variety of job boards and recommend creative and alternative advertising venues and strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Review online applications, evaluate qualifications of both internal and external candidates.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct pre-employment aptitude tests and develop a short list of potential candidates.<\/li>\n<li>Present fully screened qualified candidates to hiring managers in a timely manner and coordinate interviews.<\/li>\n<li>Manage candidate interview results and selection decision with hiring manager.
