We help our clients manage their Human capital and growth strategy.We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Human Resources Intern<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location<\/strong>: Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A HR Intern performs various administrative tasks and is deployed to support our Clients&#8217; HR department\u2019s daily activities and annual Calendar.<\/li>\n<li>The HR Interns&#8217; responsibilities include updating employee records with new hire information, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews amongst other responsibilities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Update internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms<\/li>\n<li>Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours, pension details, and bank accounts<\/li>\n<li>Screen resumes and application forms<\/li>\n<li>Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates<\/li>\n<li>Post, and update job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networks<\/li>\n<li>Prepare HR-related reports as needed (like training budgets by department)<\/li>\n<li>Address employee queries about benefits (like the number of remaining vacation days)<\/li>\n<li>Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies<\/li>\n<li>Participate in organizing company events and careers days.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>0 &#8211; 1 years\u2019 experience in an administrative role or similar junior HR role is a plus<\/li>\n<li>BSc \/ HND \/ OND in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or similar field<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Trello, Microsoft to-do, and Microsoft Excel is important<\/li>\n<li>Experience with other MS Office package<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills and good people skills<\/li>\n<li>Organizational skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/3pjDkuf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Click here to apply online<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline <\/strong>:15th March, 2021.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Prowedge is a Consulting firm, passionate about aiding small and medium-sized organizations to achieve their ultimate goals of sustainability and growth.
