He\/she is also responsible for monitoring cash flow and financial planning, analysing the financial strengths and weaknesses of the company and proposing corrective actions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities and Duties:<\/strong><br \/>\nThey include but not limited to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the development and use of best-practice policies, practices, and tools that ensure a well-controlled yet flexible organization with strong fiscal management, project management, cross team communications and workflow.<\/li>\n<li>Provide leadership, direction and management to the Finance and Accounting Team.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the company&#8217;s fiscal activities, including budgeting, reporting and auditing.<\/li>\n<li>Control and evaluate the organization&#8217;s fundraising plans and capital structure.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the filing of legal and regulatory documents and the monitoring of compliance with law and policies.<\/li>\n<li>Provide strategic and effective financial recommendations to the CEOand members of the Executive Management Team.<\/li>\n<li>Review financial reports on ways to reduce costs and optimize financial resources.<\/li>\n<li>Develop growth plans to increase company profits while also reducing expenditure.<\/li>\n<li>Set up and oversee the IT finance system of the company.<\/li>\n<li>Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risk.<\/li>\n<li>Establishing and developing relationships with senior management and external partners and stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Monitor tracking performance, take corrective action as needed, and prepare detailed reports, both current and forecast for earnings calls, the management team, and the rest of the company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Master&#8217;s degree holder, with a minimum first degree in Accounting, Finance or any related field.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 8 years\u2019 experience in the Finance industry and relevant experience in construction and real-estate is required for this role.<\/li>\n<li>Team management skill is a must.<\/li>\n<li>Strong financial and accounting background, including profit and loss understanding, balance sheet and cash flow management, and general finance and budgeting.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. SAP).<\/li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting techniques.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work with managers to assess complex issues pragmatically.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and people skill.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to strategize and solve problems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV and a strong worded Cover Letter to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:talent@enroyale.consulting\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>talent@enroyale.consulting<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the &#8220;Job Title&#8221; as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>16th March, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Enroyale Global Services Limited &#8211; We are an astute, globally-minded management consulting firm with expertise in helping organisations to improve overall performance and grow strategically by tackling their market&#8217;s pain&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":10165,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[28,43],"tags":[2958],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 -
