It formally commenced operation in 2008 and has made a significant impact in the sub-sector, boasting several high profiles multinationals such as Nigerian Breweries, Nestle, Proctor &amp; Gamble, and PZ as clients, and having created, produced, and executed several high impact products in the Nigerian media and advertising market.We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Art Director<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Gbagada, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Determine how best to represent a concept visually<\/li>\n<li>Determine which photographs, art, or other design elements to use<\/li>\n<li>Develop design briefs that suit the company and client&#8217;s purpose.<\/li>\n<li>Translates marketing strategy into a visual language that speaks to the target audience and expressesbrand equity.<\/li>\n<li>Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and developing interactive design.<\/li>\n<li>Presenting finalized ideas and concepts to clients or account managers.<\/li>\n<li>Working with a range of media, including computer-aided design and keeping up to date with emerging technologies.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches and working on layouts ready for print.<\/li>\n<li>Ongoing evaluation of project activity and reporting on project progress to the management.<br \/>\nsubmission of the final results of the project to the management.<\/li>\n<li>Other task assigned by the Managing Director.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Daily Task:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Formulate a basic layout design or presentation approach and specify material details, such as style and size of type, photographs, graphics, animation, video, and sound.<\/li>\n<li>Review and approve art materials, copy materials, and proofs of printed copy developed by the creative team<\/li>\n<li>Work with creative directors to develop design solutions<\/li>\n<li>Create custom illustrations or other graphic elements. (Still, motion or animated).<\/li>\n<li>Attending meetings at production houses and with other directors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Minimum Qualification:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of a B.Sc \/ HND in Fine Art from a reputable institution or related courses.<\/li>\n<li>3-5 years of valid working experience in advertising, Media, and Branding companies with proven track records.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Professional Membership:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A recognized professional certification\/ membership will be anadded advantage e.g. Certificate program in Design.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Solid experience with digital technology and photo editing software packages (e.g. Photoshop, Pixlr, Ilustrator, and Affinity Photo)<\/li>\n<li>Strong photo editing skills and an excellent portfolio.<\/li>\n<li>Thorough knowledge of computer imaging, photographic techniques, studio management, and color composition<\/li>\n<li>A creative mind with an eye for detail and storytelling skills<\/li>\n<li>Time-management and leadership skills.<\/li>\n<li>Must be a creative story-teller, have an inquisitive mind, and adept at using all story-telling techniques<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with special effects, 3D, and compositing.<\/li>\n<li>Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry best practices to maximize efficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail and experience working under deadline.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Generic Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Resilience, Tenacity, and Integrity<\/li>\n<li>Presentation Skills<\/li>\n<li>Foster teamwork.<\/li>\n<li>Quality management.<\/li>\n<li>Result-driven.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV, Portfolio, and Cover Letter to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:vacancy@maximaproductions.com\"><strong>vacancy@maximaproductions.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the &#8220;Job Title&#8221; as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>28th February, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:\u00a0<\/strong>Candidates living around Gbagada axis are preferred<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Maxima Media Group is a fast-growing integrated media firm that focuses on media, advertising, branding, and marketing, through the creation of concepts and content.
