Applicants with experience in the hospitality industry may have an added advantage.We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Operations Manager, Accounts &amp; Finance<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Ikeja, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Description:<\/strong><br \/>\nThe Operations Manager, Accounts &amp; Finance will assist the Financial Controller in:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Financial and management reporting using organization&#8217;s accounting software<\/li>\n<li>Handling division&#8217;s treasury management<\/li>\n<li>preparing the annual budget and quarterly projections<\/li>\n<li>improving divisional business efficiency and internal control processes<\/li>\n<li>liaising with banking officers, external auditors, tax authorities, and end-users on behalf of the organization<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The ideal candidate for this role is a passionate, innovative, adaptable, and emotionally intelligent leader with:<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree or Higher National Diploma in Accounting (minimum of a Second Class Lower-grade preferred)<\/li>\n<li>Membership in the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and a minimum of 3 years of post- chartered experience<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years&#8217; experience at head of operations level of a company, accounting firm or like organization<\/li>\n<li>Professional certification from Association of Chartered Accountants (ACA) or equivalent proficiency in Sage Evolution and other accounting enterprise resource planning software<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Resume to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:vacancies@genesisgroupng.com\"><strong>vacancies@genesisgroupng.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>22nd February, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Genesis Group is a fast-paced hospitality conglomerate with business interests in restaurants, catering, hotels, cinemas, and snack food manufacturing.
