Today, we\u2019re proud to say we have achieved all these by engaging qualified hands who are passionate about what we do.<\/p>\n<p>With over eight years of hard work and dedication, we have built projects of all sizes, which include estate development, building constructions and renovation and facility management.We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Property Consultant<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Ikeja,<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Make sales of plots of land<\/li>\n<li>Meet up with the monthly target<\/li>\n<li>Represent the organization in sales meetings, sales presentation and sales rallies.<\/li>\n<li>Identify new markets and business<\/li>\n<li>Record sales and send copies to the sales office opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Review your own sales performance<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales<\/li>\n<li>Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on buying trends<\/li>\n<li>Visit potential customers for new business<\/li>\n<li>Evaluating marketing campaigns<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring competitor activity<\/li>\n<li>Support the marketing manager and other colleagues<\/li>\n<li>Sourcing and securing customers<\/li>\n<li>Conducting market research such as customer questionnaires and focus groups<\/li>\n<li>Contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies<\/li>\n<li>Managing budgets; arranging for the effective distribution of marketing materials<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining and updating customer databases<\/li>\n<li>Organizing and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions<\/li>\n<li>Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organizations<\/li>\n<li>Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships<\/li>\n<li>Writing adequate sales &amp; marketing report as requested and submit to line manager<\/li>\n<li>Working effectively and efficiently with your team<\/li>\n<li>Assist your team head in organizing, supervising and co-ordinating the team.<\/li>\n<li>And any other duties that the organization may deem fit to delegate to you from time to time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Education &amp; Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A minimum of HND \/ B.Sc, in related fields<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in relevant position.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills Required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to communicate, read and write.<\/li>\n<li>Organizational and multitasking abilities<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Proven record of target meeting.<\/li>\n<li>Polite and able to get along with people.<\/li>\n<li>Strong drive for success.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should forward their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:hr@meritabode.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">hr@meritabode.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the &#8220;Job title&#8221; as subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>28th February, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Meritabode is a real estate company that specializes in sites and services-sales of plots of land, construction of affordable housing estate development in Nigeria.
