When evaluating your candidacy, we\u2019ll look for the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leadership and Management Skills<\/li>\n<li>Business Writing and Documentation Skills<\/li>\n<li>Project Management Skills<\/li>\n<li>Interpersonal and Communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Organizational Skills<\/li>\n<li>Critical and analytical thinking<\/li>\n<li>Problem-solving aptitude<\/li>\n<li>Creativity and presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Client management and negotiation skills<\/li>\n<li>Persistence and result oriented<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assists the CEO with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; composing and preparing correspondence; itineraries and agendas and compiling documents for meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities and problems within the business through using data modelling techniques<\/li>\n<li>Formulate ways to improve the business based on research<\/li>\n<li>Develop business plans and feasibility studies as directed by the CEO.<\/li>\n<li>Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.<\/li>\n<li>Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.<\/li>\n<li>Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.<\/li>\n<li>Perform other duties as assigned by the CEO<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements:<\/strong><br \/>\nWhat qualification and requirements do you need?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Social Sciences or relevant course of study.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 3 &#8211; 5 years\u2019 experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager<\/li>\n<li>Experience in a \u201cBig 4\u201d consulting firm<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of different project management methodologies (PMP and PRINCE 2)<\/li>\n<li>Well-developed and proven leadership and management skills with the ability to stimulate a high level of performance within a team environment.<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of financial modelling (building and interpretation).<\/li>\n<li>Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.<\/li>\n<li>Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.<\/li>\n<li>Technologically savvy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/smrtr.io\/4-dtR\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Click here to apply online<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>5th March, 2021.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Enzo, Krypton and Company is a management consulting firm located at the heart of the commercial hub of Africa\u2019s biggest economy; Nigeria.
