No matter what stage you are on this motherhood journey, we\u2019ve thoughtfully put together a series of solutions to enable you live your best life.We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Partnership Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos (Remote)<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Brief:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To help us ensure commercial and strategic relationships with our key targeted partners.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Consistently identifying and engaging with potential strategic partners\/brands\/influencers that align with the values and business goals of Mumspring<\/li>\n<li>Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management<\/li>\n<li>Research partners, identify key players and generate interest<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate and finalize agreements in accordance with company\u2019s contract guidelines and policies<\/li>\n<li>Deliver a great experience to our partners when working with our organization &#8211; you will represent our brand and be our partners\u2019 liaison internally<\/li>\n<li>Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners, including co-created and\/or co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and\/or event partnerships<\/li>\n<li>Keep a great ongoing relationship with current partners and offer new ways to grow the partnership<\/li>\n<li>Creating and maintaining an effective process document for managing business relationships, in addition to building a partnership database\/tracking system<\/li>\n<li>Being proactive in analyzing partnership performance (current and future) to identify gaps and optimize as necessary while effectively communicating findings to the partner.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills and Qualifications Required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A first degree in Marketing or Communications or related field is required.<\/li>\n<li>A Masters would be an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of 2 years work experience.<\/li>\n<li>Relevant professional certifications are not compulsory but would be a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience is required.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in the use of Microsoft packages.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to use CRM software.<\/li>\n<li>Social Media skills<\/li>\n<li>Networking skills.<\/li>\n<li>Sales skills.<\/li>\n<li>Communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Relationship management skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/jobs.recooty.com\/mumspring-global\/partnership-manager0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Click here to apply online<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>26th February, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mumspring is a Health Tech company, focused on impacting positively in women through pregnancy and their baby\u2019s sensitive years.
