Isiohor, Ugbowo environment; and shares a common boundary with the Nigerian Army School of Supply, Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria.We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Marketer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Benin City, Edo<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for maximizing a hotel&#8217;s revenues by developing programs to increase occupancy and make profitable use of accommodation, meeting and leisure facilities.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain awareness of the hotel\u2019s facilities to the customers.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for coordinating marketing and promotional activities of the hotel.<\/li>\n<li>Identify resources that appeal to customers\u2019 satisfaction.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor response of the customers using the hotel facilities.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that customers have access to the hotel information website for reservation<\/li>\n<li>Act as public relations officer of the hotel.<\/li>\n<li>Plan to develop promotions for the hotel<\/li>\n<li>Collect contacts to reach potential customers for reservations<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the comfort of the customers in the hotel.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure increase of occupancy at all times.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure building of a stable revenue base for high levels of repeat business<\/li>\n<li>Develop strong customer relations.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure protection of customers\u2019 loyalty and reward customers who book regularly.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with the hotel management team to identify marketing priorities.<\/li>\n<li>Review future booking levels to plan dates for promotions to increase occupancy rates.<\/li>\n<li>Work with the event management team to schedule marketing to attract additional conferences and events.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates should possess a Bachelor&#8217;s Degree qualification with at least 2 years work experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply:<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV and Cover Letters to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:234recruiter@gmail.com\"><strong>234recruiter@gmail.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0and cc.\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:pizikire@jubobkeystone.com\"><strong>pizikire@jubobkeystone.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the \u201cJob Title\u201d as subject of the email<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>28th February, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Precious Palm Royal Hotel is a sensational resort strategically located in a serene and cozy and Transport, Headquarters, Lagos \u2013 Benin Expressway.
