Graduates)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Lagos State Government<\/strong>\u00a0has embarked on massive recruitment of teachers and graduates without teaching experience in the following subjects in its Junior and Senior Secondary Schools:<\/p>\n<p><strong>APPLICATION BY POST OR BY HAND ONLY<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>(i)\u00a0English Language<\/p>\n<p>(ii)\u00a0Mathematics<\/p>\n<p>(iii)\u00a0Biology<\/p>\n<p>(iv)\u00a0Physics<\/p>\n<p>(v) Chemistry<\/p>\n<p>(vi) Further Mathematics<\/p>\n<p>(vii) Computer Science<\/p>\n<p>(viii) Economics<\/p>\n<p>(ix) Physical and Health Education (PHE)<\/p>\n<p>(x) French<\/p>\n<p>(xi) Basic Science<\/p>\n<p>(xii) Home Economics<\/p>\n<p>(xiii) Fine Art<\/p>\n<p>(xiv) Yoruba<\/p>\n<p>(xv) Islamic Religious Knowledge<\/p>\n<p>(xvi) Christian Religious Knowledge<\/p>\n<p>(xvii) Basic Technology<\/p>\n<p>(xviii) Business Studies<\/p>\n<p>(xix) Government<br \/>\n<strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Interested applicants must possess any of the following:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>(a) First Degree in Education with a teaching subject<\/p>\n<p>(b) The National Certificate of Education and a First Degree with a teaching subject, OR<\/p>\n<p>(c)\u00a0 A first degree and a post-graduate diploma in education<\/p>\n<p>(d)\u00a0\u00a0 A first degree in English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Computer Studies, Statistics (for graduates without teaching qualification)<\/p>\n<p>(e)\u00a0\u00a0 Proficiency in the use of computer will be an added advantage.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Applications are also invited from interested graduates without teaching qualifications in:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Biolog<\/li>\n<li>Chemistry<\/li>\n<li>English Language<\/li>\n<li>Mathematics and Physics<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>for participation in a 2-week Teaching Skill Acquisition Course.
