Shaldag produces African Catfish (Clarias gariepinus) from its 2,500MT per annum capacity farm in Epe, Lagos and recently forward integrated into the production of smoke-dried and packaged fish products. These products now retailin over 130 supermarkets, mostly in Lagos.We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Sales Team Lead \/ Supervisor<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location<\/strong>: Epe, Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for driving target achievements of the Sales Team<\/li>\n<li>Analyze and compile data from retail stores and distributors, for decision making and implementation of effective marketing strategies<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for sales forecasting, analytics, productivity, and other sales support functions.<\/li>\n<li>Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships for the business<\/li>\n<li>Lead sales strategy development and implementation to achieve sales targets in existing and new markets.<\/li>\n<li>Reporting: Routine presentation of the sales, revenue and expenses reports and forecasts to senior management team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree qualification.<\/li>\n<li>3 years Experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>10th March, 2021.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Application Letter and CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:hr@shaldagfish.com\"><strong>hr@shaldagfish.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0stating &#8220;Sales Team Lead&#8221; as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Shaldag Limited commenced as a greenfield aquaculture company in 2014 to produce high quality fish products for consumption in Nigeria.
