MINA A in essence is a collaboration of creative minds.We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Junior Architect<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Part-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for a Junior Architect with administrative skills to join our small team located in Lagos<\/li>\n<li>Measuring and supervision of sites<\/li>\n<li>Drawing up floor plans and creating standard and premium reports.<\/li>\n<li>Sending reports to clients<\/li>\n<li>Making use of architectural softwares such as AUTOcad, 3D MAX, Revit, Sketch up, V ray and other 3D renders in SPD.<\/li>\n<li>Writing and presenting reports, proposals, applications and contracts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>HND or Bachelors Degree in Architecture<\/li>\n<li>Must have excellent communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Must have good telephone manners<\/li>\n<li>Must be smart and creative with the ability to work efficiently and accomplish task effortlessly<\/li>\n<li>Must be proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint and Excel)<\/li>\n<li>Excellent design and drafting skills and proficiency in 3D rendering softwares such as AUTOcad, revit, 3D max, Vray, sketch ups<\/li>\n<li>A keen eye for details and excellent problem solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Must live on the island<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should forward their CV and 2-4 samples of your best renders to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:wallmakeovers@hotmail.co.uk\"><strong>wallmakeovers@hotmail.co.uk<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>1st May, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:\u00a0<\/strong>CV without a portfolio of the candidate&#8217;s work will not be considered.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>MINA A is a smart design-focused brand with a global perspective.
